Uri L’Tzedek has removed Mike’s Bistro and Mike’s Italian Kitchen from Tav HaYosher certification effective Monday, June 15 at 6 PM. We are committed to maintaining the integrity of our certification process and will continue to award the Tav to restaurants who meet Tav HaYosher certification guidelines. Since the Tav HaYosher launch one month ago, four new eating establishments have joined the Tav HaYosher program. As the Tav continues to expand, we encourage Kosher consumers who support the ethical treatment of workers to support their favorite kosher eating establishments in joining the Tav HaYosher program.
